  1. InventFail.com is an online archive of curious and failed inventions with analytics.
  2. By registering on the site, you gain the ability to comment on materials and upload files in your personal account.
  3. The administration reserves the right to modify these rules with notification to users.

2. Registration and Account

  1. To register, you must provide a valid email and create a password.
  2. The following is prohibited:
    • Creating multiple accounts
    • Using others' personal data
    • Registering accounts on behalf of organizations without approval
  3. You are responsible for the security of your account.

3. Comments

  1. Comments must be relevant to the discussion topic.
  2. The following is prohibited:
    • Insults, threats, hate speech
    • Spam, advertising, flooding
    • Misinformation and fake content
    • Discussion of topics prohibited by law
  3. The administration may delete comments without warning.

4. File Uploads

  1. The following file types are permitted:
    • Images (JPG, PNG, GIF) up to 5MB
    • Documents (PDF, DOC) up to 10MB
    • Videos (MP4, WebM) up to 50MB
  2. The following is prohibited:
    • Files containing malicious code
    • Pirated content
    • 18+ material
    • Personal data of third parties without consent
  3. The administration reviews uploaded files and may remove them without explanation.

5. Liability

  1. You are responsible for the content you post.
  2. The administration does not review all comments and files but responds to complaints.
  3. For rule violations, the following actions may be taken:
    • Content removal
    • Temporary suspension
    • Permanent ban

6. Intellectual Property

  1. By uploading files, you confirm you have the right to do so.
  2. The administration may use uploaded materials for site operations.
  3. User comments remain their property, but the site obtains a license to display them.

7. Final Provisions

  1. The administration reserves the right to modify site functionality.
  2. Disputes will be resolved through negotiations.
  3. Registration implies full acceptance of these rules.
